At Ants Haven, we want every customer to be happy with their order. If there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it quickly.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • All queen orders can be cancelled before they are packed and shipped out.
  • All equipment orders can be cancelled or changed before they are packed and shipped out.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Equipment Returns & 30 Day Guarantee

All equipment and supplies come with a 30 day guarantee.

Equipment and supplies may be returned or refunded if:

  • The request is made within 30 days of receiving the order
  • The item is returned unused and undamaged
  • The item is returned in original packaging where possible

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by Ants Haven.

Queen Ant 48 Hour Warranty

Due to the nature of live animals, queen ants cannot be returned.

However, all queen ants are covered by a 48 hour warranty after delivery.

Refunds or replacements may be provided if:

  • The queen arrives damaged or deceased
  • The queen arrives without eggs or brood (where advertised)
  • There is a verified issue within the 48 hour warranty period

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos or videos of the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
