Fast & Careful Delivery for Your Ants

All live ant orders are dispatched via Express Post to minimise transit time and keep your new colony safe. Getting your ants to you quickly means they spend as little time as possible in conditions that could be stressful or harmful to them.

Dispatch Schedule

To protect the wellbeing of your ants over the weekend, Queen ant orders are only dispatched on Monday mornings. This prevents live shipments from sitting in post offices for extended periods.

For all other orders they are sent out on ASAP.

Where We Ship

At this stage, we ship exclusively within Australia. Please note that due to biosecurity and state government regulations, we are unable to send most species to Western Australia, and all live ant species are restricted from being sent to Tasmania. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to answer any questions about what can be shipped to your state.
