Shipping & Dispatch

Live ant orders are generally packed and dispatched at the beginning of each week to reduce transit stress and improve arrival success. Dispatch times may vary during busy periods, holidays, or extreme weather conditions.
Equipment and accessories may ship separately from live ants depending on supplier locations and product availability.
Once an order has been dispatched, shipping times are the responsibility of the postal or courier service and are outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping details are accurate. Ant Haven is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Live Arrival & Animal Responsibility
By purchasing live ants from Ant Haven, the customer accepts responsibility for understanding the care requirements and legality of owning the species within their state or territory.
We may delay shipping if weather conditions are considered unsafe for live animal transport.
After successful delivery, ongoing care, housing, feeding, and survival of the ants becomes the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty & Returns
Live Queen Ant Warranty
Queen ants are covered by a 48-hour live arrival warranty unless otherwise stated. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.
Claims submitted outside this period may not be accepted.
Equipment Warranty
Equipment and accessories sold by Ant Haven are covered by a 30-day warranty against defects unless otherwise stated on the product page.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse
- Incorrect assembly or handling
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused after delivery
Approved claims may result in a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Orders may only be cancelled or modified before they have been packed or dispatched.
Live ant orders are typically final once preparation for shipment has begun due to the nature of live animal transport.
Delivery Issues
While we use reliable shipping providers, delays, damage, or delivery mistakes may occasionally occur. If a shipping issue arises, customers should contact us promptly so we can investigate and assist where possible.
Ant Haven is not liable for delays caused by postal services, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.
Intellectual Property
